Just not sanitary. We went through the drive through and my son got a blonde caramel chiller and there was a whole hair weaved throughout the drink in the INSIDE. I went in and showed them and sure they remade it, but watching the barista play with her earrings, and then her hair all while she’s waiting for a shot to be pulled, it’s like no wonder there was a hair in our drink. And then she grabs the cup from the top with her fingers all inside. Just rubbed me the wrong way. This particular location is a lot of females and they all do this. Normalize not touching your face, hair and the inside of people cups while making drinks.

Used to make great drinks. Our drinks turned out terrible today. Blended blackout has coffee grounds or something in it, mexican mocha tastes like there's soap in it. Ordered inside, placed order and then were paying. Guy walked away, a chick came over while talking to coworkers clicked stuff on the screen as we waited for our receipt. Never got it. She left, no one took our name, waited like 10 minutes and got our drinks. The place is super dirty too, all the tables had crumbs on them. Used napkins on a few of them. Behind the counter was gross as well. For 5 or 6 people working, they sure are getting paid to not do alot. Not worth it to return to this location.

I usually prefer local coffee shops over big chains, but Black Rock Coffee Bar pleasantly surprised me. The taste and flavor are very consistent, no matter which location I visit, and the coffee is always well made. The environment is friendly and welcoming, and the staff are quick and cheerful, which makes it a nice stop any time of day. It’s one of the few non-local spots I genuinely enjoy and keep going back to.

Coffee is good, hot and iced varieties. Food is not the best. Tried 3 different things and they were all very underwhelming. Banana bread tastes like very fake banana flavoring. Service was lovely, they moved fast. Cute, trendy atmosphere.

Okay, so more like 4.5 stars. My favorite coffee place to go! My bestie and I come here at least once a week to hang out a catch up after a long week. The servers are very kind (although some don’t pay attention very well) but most are great. Also sometimes the coffee drinks are a little stronger tasting, still good, but when I order a mocha or blondie, I want it sweet. I would say 9/10 times it’s perfect. I really love this place. It’s my go-to, for sure!
