I decided to try Blaze Pizza for the first time and was really impressed. It was cool to see my pizza being made down the line right in front of me. The food came out surprisingly fast, and it was both tasty and reasonably priced. I'd definitely recommend this place and will be going back.
Despite it being a very busy holiday, the service was fast and friendly as always. I cannot have any gluten or cross contamination so pizza places I can eat at are few and far between. Blaze and their employees are very knowledgeable and so conscientious about cross contamination and gloves changes as well as using ingredients that haven’t been contaminated with gluten. This location in particular gets it and I eat here whenever I have a chance!
Viera FL: first time in, 1:45pm on a Thursday, so the staff had time to talk me through their build-your-own pizza and salad process. Lived being able to see quality of what was going on the pizza and in the salad. Half 11" pizza, salad and drink for under $12. Plenty for one. I was particularly happy to see both feta and blue cheese crumbles available for salad and pizza..no upcharge, and they use shaved mozzarella. Veggies were fresh. Their regular crust is a little thinner than typical hand tossed. I liked it, not so much dough - more emphasis on toppings. They have a garlic pesto 'sauce' that tasted great blended with their red sauce. Next time I'll ask them to cook it a tad more, I like crisper crust bottom. Brewed sweet tea was good. Not too sweet. Parked under a shade tree. Their o
good pizza and made right infront of you. Was served in a reasonable time also.
I have religiously ordered from blaze for years. I usually enjoy the food that they turn out. But today was the first time that I have ever had three out of four of the items I ordered leave that kitchen burnt to the point that it was inedible. One of the pizzas did not have the correct ingredients on it. And to top it off when I called the girl who answered the phone was super nasty clearly didn’t care about my situation at all, and then continued to ask what my name was even though I had repeated it multiple times and then blamed me for the phone connection and told me that it was my phone on my line specifically, that was the problem. Then she tells me that I have an attitude problem since I’ve repeated myself three and four times and tells me that tomorrow her manager will issue a refu
