Blazing Bird (Arvada)

Another great experience at a different location of Blazing Bird in Arvada. I was coming down from the mountains and didn't want to drive to far to eat so I decided to stop by here. I had Nashville hot dry rub chicken. It was very spicy! I also had their smash burger! 10 out of 10! The ladies were nice and I live the music selection! Oh, and as always the lemonade is really good and sweet!

I really wanted to love this place. It can be hard to find a place with actual spicy food. I was pleased with my meal. It was spicy but didn't make me sweat, even after signing their waiver. My wife enjoyed her mild tacos. The problem was my daughter's food. She's picky. She wanted 2 chicks meal plain. It came as a normal meal with all the condiments on it. I didn't realize that until I got home with the food. She wouldn't eat it. The restaurant was closed by the time I got home so there was nothing I could do about it last night. I'm glad she asked me to get her a shake, she enjoyed that with her Top Ramen. I wanted to surprise her today and so after work I stopped by and explained to them what happened. They were kind and offered me a new 2 chicks sandwich plain. Just the way my daughte

Great hot chicken! I got the loaded bowl with Mac and cheese, chicken, slaw, and fries. The fried pickles were also good. Definitely check this place out!

Overall a very good chicken restaurant. Abit pricey for what it is, but the food was very good. Spice levels for medium were not overbearing and maybe slightly less than what I was expecting (not in a bad way). No spice levels were as advertised and still very good. I wasn't a huge fan of the fried pickles, the breading was a bit loose and slightly soggy compared to the chicken. Accidentally ate some of the food prior to pictures, so portions are not represented perfectly accurately. Will be back!

My experience was wonderful. The sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had as well as the macaroni and cheese. It definitely is very close to homemade and in fact, I’m pretty sure they made it from scratch. Fried pickles were some of the best fried pickles I’ve ever had and as a Oreo connoisseur I will tell you their fried Oreos are definitely better than the other restaurants in town, that have them.
