Echoing previous reviewers, I placed my original order on November 17th. I followed up a week later as there was no communication about anticipated shipping and despite selecting that this product be shipped, it had conflicting information about shipping vs. picking up at the roastery (and I am not local). I sent several emails, left multiple messages, and even tried texting. I assumed this was a scam after a few weeks of silence and disputed the charge through my credit card. Well over a month later I received a text back but explained I wanted my order canceled which they seemed understanding of. I noticed in other threads from months before people had the same issue and those that did hear back had been told they moved locations causing a delay. They offered the same reasoning to me and

Warning! This Blessed Bean company is a fraud and more than likely out of business and pretending to still be in business and taking orders to take your money. I ordered my coffee on 11/6/25 (1 month ago) and there has been zero response and I have not received my coffee. They immediately charged my account on the same day I ordered. I called numerous times to the phone number and it goes directly to voicemail. No one has responded to my multiple emails. I reported this Blessed Bean company to the Federal Trade Commission as well. If anyone else is seeing this please go the Federal Trade Commission website and submit a report.

Placed my order two weeks ago and have not received it. Even sent an email. Got no reply. Sick of small businesses taking advantage of people. Learn how to run a business! I have reported your business to Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. And i won't stop there. Next Florida States Attorney General, then FTC. Some of these don't like it when you take advantage of people 60 and over. I fall into that category.

Placed my order on September 23rd and have yet to receive it. I’ve asked multiple times for tracking information and still haven’t received a response or confirmation that the order was shipped. Communication has been inconsistent, and no tracking number has ever been provided. Order not received. I’m leaving this review on Shop App and Google to document my experience accurately. After more than two weeks and several follow-ups, my order remains undelivered and unconfirmed.

Never in my life as a business owner and working in the corporate world have I dealt with a more unprofessional, unresponsive company. If you are trying to start a Drop Shipping coffee business and want to use Blessed Bean, run as fast as you can the other direction. They do not reply to emails, they do not answer phone calls and they certainly don't reply to texts. Robie is the most apathetic and unresponsive business owner I've ever dealt with and I can't understand how they are even still in business. They may have great coffee but if you don't have the service that goes with it, you have nothing this day and age. I say they remove the word blessed from their name as they are far from it and replace it with "Has Bean Coffee". I am so upset right now as I had customers that were waiting
