Bleu Provence

Excellent French Restaurant! We had the Mediterranean Sea Bass, filet mignon, and shrimp. Our waiter Dana was very personable and very attentive! The crème brûlée was great! Nice to walk around the city dock after dinner.

My boyfriend and I were so excited to spend a lovely evening together for Valentine’s Day. We arrived at the restaurant to be ignored by the hostesses. They were clearly very overwhelmed. Finally when we were seated, our waiter John seemed overwhelmed and inpatient. We were looking forward to getting the Valentine’s Day special but were rudely told they ran out.. how do you not order enough when you know it’s going to be a busy night. So we went with other items on the menu. After waiting OVER an HOUR for our meals my Filet Mignon showed up with two baby potatoes…. TWO.. & his meal was not what he had pictured it to be either. We are parents who don’t get out much so the fact this is what we had to deal with means we will never return. What a disappointment don’t waste your time if you wan

From the moment we entered this charming restaurant, we felt the welcoming atmosphere of Bleu Provence. The staff was most attentive and the food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was very kind and despite the fact that the place was getting packed, we never felt rushed and could enjoy our meal. The courses came at perfect intervals and our waitress timed everything beautifully. We have tried a lot of restaurants in Naples and feel that you certainly get great value for the price!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Bleu Provence Restaurant! Our party of eight had a truly memorable evening. The food was outstanding—especially the Dover sole, hands down the best in town. Everything was flawless from start to finish. A special thank you to Shawn, our server, who made the night even better with his warm, attentive, and professional service. He truly went above and beyond. And of course, a heartfelt thank you to Clément, who always treats us so well. We deeply appreciate his gracious hospitality and unwavering pursuit of excellence—it’s what makes every visit to Bleu Provence so special. Looking forward to our next visit!

The quality of the food, service and overall experience has greatly diminished over time unfortunately. We’ve dined here several times over the years and have noticed as of late they lost their luster they once had along with the consistency you expect at a fine dining establishment like this. Everything we ordered just “OK”, NO wow factor anymore like all past visits. It wasn't special by any means. At this price point, that can’t happen. Unfortunately many restaurants in Naples that used to be top notch are experiencing the same demise in quality and experience all while raising their prices. What they have to offer now is quite a mismatch and very disappointing. We won’t be back for a while, there are many other choices Naples. We enjoy fine dining in Naples but it needs to be delivere
