Blind Burro Colorado Coffee Roasters

Very amazing experience!! We were on a family- friends road trip from Dallas and we stooped at this wonderful spot called Blind Burro Colorado Coffee Roasters !! We ordered a lot of sandwiches and bagels!! Very affordable prices and Amanda and Allen were very friendly and optimistic people ! GOD BLESS THEM FOR REAL!! Delicious food and nice milk shakes!! The coffee mocha with whipped cream was so good😋😋😋😋!! 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back later 😍!!

This was my first time here and I was blown away. Although small the space was adorable, warm, and welcoming. The service was fantastic. My bagel sandwich was one of the best I've had. Paired with a delicious smoothie and coffee. Everything was afordable and came out quickly. Can't recommend enough.

We stopped for coffee and breakfast on our way through the mountains. The espresso machine was broken, so we couldn't try espresso drinks. My husband enjoyed his drip coffee. But what was 5+ stars worthy was the food! I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and my husband had the breakfast burrito. These were two of the most delicious breakfast items we have ever eaten. The burrito especially was next-level delicious! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Amanda & Alan were the Baristas serving my wife and I. Very pleasant atmosphere. Good selection of treats. We had the peanut butter cookie smoothie, super food smoothie and a chocolate croissant.

Amanda and Allen were truly amazing. They were both very kind, friendly and very welcoming. Made us some of the best food and drinks. Would recommend anyone to stop by.
