I scheduled two separate appointments to establish service; however, on both occasions, no technician arrived. I did not receive any phone call, email, or text message with updates or explanations. After the first missed appointment, I contacted the representative I had been working with (Gio). He apologized and assured me that a technician would arrive today between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this appointment was also missed without any communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. They have demonstrated a lack of reliability and failed to provide even basic communication regarding their inability to keep scheduled appointments.
