FOOD POISONING: WARNING! We purchased $115 worth of food and we generally had an okay dinner, but we also brought home some clam chowder and refrigerated the leftovers quickly. The next day, our older family member had clam chowder and saltines; nothing else. Five hours later my older family member was throwing up and fighting diarrhea, and they haven’t stopped after almost five hours. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager; the woman who answered the phone said she was the manager. I relayed the events of the day to the manager and she immediately said that they would not refund any money unless the customer obtained a note signed by a doctor stating that the food that caused the poisoning was positively identified as the food from the Blue Crab. Great seafood boil! The service was very good as well. It was kimda dead in here for a Saturday night. They used to allow people to write on the walls but stopped due to vulgarity.

Even though there's mixed reviews we had a really good experience with the food and service here. The spices and flavor were good. Coming from a family where the only seafood eaten is freshly caught from the gulf, the only difference was fresh and not fresh. If you know the difference you can tell. However we were very satisfied with the outcome.

When I searched for Seafood boil restaurants I came across this restaurant and decided to give it a try. The service was really nice and the staff were really welcoming even when they were closing earlier than usual. Everything was so good even if it’s not that fresh. I combined all the seasonings together and it was amazing. I didn’t like the crab legs as they were frozen. The shrimps, the vegetables and the calamari were delicious. I would love to give it another try and I recommend it!
