Blue Fuji

Our favorite local sushi spot! They do a lot of takeout but their restaurant is cute and cozy and we really enjoy dining in. Highly recommend the tuna tataki.

The restaurant was a hit & miss with me. The place itself was very nice & cozy & inviting, & everything looked really nice inside. The food was good & taste wise it was just right. The noodle soup was delicious as well as the shrimp tempura. Service was strange to say the least as this was my first time there trying to read through their extensive menu & I felt rushed to make a decision, & there was nobody there. I didn’t even have time to finish my appetizer when the main course was already coming felt so fast & my apps were getting cold. In the end the food was good but overall experience was sub par.

Recently renovated spot that we regular. We go here for the tuna tataki and i love the chicken teriyaki. Of course we love the sushi as well. The staff are always gracious and appreciative.

Let me start by saying I don't like the ordering process. At all. I called ahead of time and actually made a reservation, I probably didn't need to. Nobody else was in the entire restaurant probably just there at 6 o'clock on a Saturday night. Maybe a first red flag? Not sure. We were seated by somebody that was very nice. And then she just walked away. We didn't know we had to order any other specific way. There's a QR code you click. And then it shows you the menu. It just would come back and take the order. I don't. The woman finally walked by and asked us are you going to order? Which we responded, and she explain to her the order for the app. So if you're gonna be sitting inside of my opinion. Still order for a sushi roll platter of spicy sushi, and a Pupu platter for two. Just bas

Dined in on a quiet Sunday evening. The hostess was very attentive and offered up many selections. The maki was delicious and our other items were very generously portioned. Would go back.
