Great dinner spot for a birthday dinner. They took great care of us from the moment we walked in. Helped us decide on drinks and sushi plates. I place we will go back to and try other dishes. They validate for parking, but only for one garage. Double check before going. There is another garage right around the corner. A shot walk and you are there. Enjoy, we did !

We dine here often & the service is always great, but tonight it was amazing! Jackie treated us very well & she was very attentive despite it being a busy night. Love their vegan sushi, it’s always so good. Highly recommend the charred edamame, vegan South Pacific, spicy Kaluna crunch, & the chocolate torte for dessert. Despite it being a busy area we always find parking quick. Great place to bring friends that are vegan, since they have a wide variety. Thank you Jackie for making our night! :)

My fiancé read about Blue on Vegan PHX’s IG so we came for the Veganuary specials. They have more vegan rolls than I have ever seen at a sushi restaurant and certainly more vegan rolls that actually look good (more inventive than cucumber, avocado and edamame lol). Our waiter Ethan was great! After hearing we were there for Veganuary, he introduced us to the specials and called out a few faves, which we ordered. Super helpful with so many options. We ordered the lettuce wraps, the Cowgirl roll, the Thai Peanut roll and another one I can remember. But they were all quite good. I’m impressed they put such effort into creating tasty rolls for people who don’t eat fish or maybe don’t like to eat fish! Totally recommend!

We pre-ordered the large vegan sushi platter for Super Bowl Sunday. Care was put into each roll and was plated beautifully. The manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our pick up. This location is 30 minutes away from us, but definitely a spot we will frequent.

We had such a great experience! The happy hour CANNOT be beat! The food was outstanding. The shishitos and the roja roll were exceptional. The service was even better! Murphy was our bartender and she was wonderful!! Stephanie, the manager, was so kind! We appreciated the recommendations and they also sent over a cherry bomb, which was 10/10! We will definitely be back — thank you Blue Sake and staff for an amazing happy hour experience!
