I can gladly say this establishment was worth the travel. If your on a wellness journey or curious about eating healthy come here ready to eat. I have been to this restaurant a few times but this is my first review. This is a vegan cuisine restaurant with a Caribbean flare because they have a Caribbean chef. They always have a menu of the day that they abide by and the earlier you go the better because they will have more options. I ordered over the phone and my meal was ready when I got there. The service was pretty good today. There is only street parking and beware of the parking signs. The food here is pretty much on the pricey side. I paid $15 for the kamut, vegetables, and vegan patty. When I got home and ate the food was pretty good.

I can’t begin to describe this place. I had such an amazing time, the food was delicious, and on top of all this the service was phenomenal. I’d like to thank the Chef Ginseng (apologies for the misspelling) for dishing me out an amazing brunch and Francisco in the cashier who educated me on the products and food I was ordering. Class A work, Newark now has a new hub for us vegans ! Keep up the good work guys 😄 thank you again!
