Simple treat on a random night Downtown Norfolk. Customer service was great, I sampled everything and was able create the perfect mix. Definitely my new favorite ice cream 🍦 & dessert 🍨 spot.

BLYSS is the perfect treat to finish up your evening! We stopped by after a sweet craving while wandering through Downtown. Bria, the owner, was lovely and chatted to us while she served the super delicious ice cream. I absolutely recommend the Brownie Sundae with salted caramel ice cream. Honestly one of the best sundaes I've had. The decor is super funky and the vibe is perfect for a late night sugar hit.

Very cute authentic ice cream shop. Greeting by two very pleasant ladies and enjoyed the peanut butter pie ice cream very good quality. The decor is very cool.

I live in Florida and I recently got a chance to visit BLYSS Ice Cream & Dessert on a recent trip to Norfolk. First of all, when you step into the store it is decorated beautifully. We were soo impressed with the variety of flavors they offer. I tried the strawberry cheesecake sundae and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The prices are also reasonable and the staff is super friendly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!😊
