I want to let you know how frustrated and disappointed we are with the Thanksgiving meal we ordered for 8 people. We ordered the same meal last year and it was great, so we trusted you again. This year was a complete waste of money. Most of the food was basically inedible. The mashed potatoes were way too salty. The gravy was too salty. The ham was too salty. The buns were disgusting. The turkey was just “okay,” definitely not worth the price. The pies were so sweet they were almost impossible to eat. The ONLY things that tasted good were the mac and cheese and the pumpkin bread. On top of that, your instructions claimed everything would be heated and ready in about 2 hours. That was completely false. Our entire order arrived frozen solid, rock-hard. The entire order was ok but my omelette was nasty as hell for some reason: as soon as I took the first bite, I almost puked. I’ve gone to a fair amount of breakfast places but this is the first time omelette looked appealing but tasted very bad. Other two dishes were great, in fact I’ll just get BLT sandwich next time

This place almost completely ruined my love for breakfast. I ordered the steak & eggs medium-rare and got a well done steak instead. It was tough, chewy and under-seasoned. The eggs were decently cooked, however the breakfast potatoes were completely burnt black on the bottom. They tasted like what I imagine charcoal would taste like. I mentioned the issues with my meal to my server and she proceeded to get the manager who kindly asked me to order something else in loo of my steak and so I ordered the skillet. I was super excited to eat it until I stirred it up to find little charcoal potatoes in this dish as well. At that point I told my waitress and the manager took the meal off our tab. When we went to the front to pay for my husbands portion of the meal they had covered the entire tab.

This is a very good restaurant.. I had the three meat and cheese omelet quiche was delicious! Three egg omelet was fluffy and stuffed with Bob Evans sausage, bacon, and ham, and cheddar cheese. Service was friendly. The store was very clean. The only downsides... no senior điscounts and access to the entrance requires you to walk to the far corners of the building to get to one of two ramps. To the front...a little awkward IMHO.

We've always gone to the one thats in Columbia / Elkridge but it isn't as good as it use to be & last year ( 2024 ) & the previous year ( 2023 ) they managed to screw up the Thanksgiving feast that we ordered & the guy behind the counter which turned out to be the manager didn't have a clue what he was doing. That was very obvious. I tried this location because it was the next closest. I ordered it about a week in advance, showed up about 40 minutes early because I made a pit stop that was quicker than I expected & unfortunately my order wasn't ready. I offered to pay while I waited thinking that it wouldn't be long & would help to kill time but then I had to wait an extra twenty minutes. There were a lot of people eating in & a lot of people picking up ... including those Uber people pick
