I typically don't order BLTs from restaurants but, this BLT was soooooo delicious and very filling. Store was busy but it is Saturday. Fast and very friendly service even with the busy atmosphere. Especially the carry out lady Brianne, she was promt and working all over.

Put on their waiting list - that's OK, but they served 2 tables for 2 who arrived after we did. Ask why - answer "didn't see our name". Didn't apologize for their mistake. Food was good but service could have been better.

I usually have a good dining experience but this time was different. I had to wait for almost an hour for my food. My husband and mother-in-law already had theirs for a bit before I got mine. The food was good. I want to give major kudos to our server Ashton. He was very attentive and stayed on top of his duties. He did everything he could to do his job but when waiting for orders there is only so much he could do. The kitchen staff was so slow. I know take out is an important thing these days but if you want customers in your restaurant you have to have good customer service from all areas of the business. I really hope Ashton keeps the work ethic he has now in his future endeavors. He will definitely go places. Thank you young man for trying so hard. I believe you will have a great futur

This is the best Bob Evans location. My wife and I like the "pick two" meals where you get a sandwich, a salad, and a choice of bread. I am also a fan of their sausage patties, and my wife likes their banana nut bread. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. The prices are also reasonable. My parents, who are picky eaters, recommended this location, and it was a great suggestion.

Ordered the wrangler breakfast and there was not enough gravy on the biscuits and eggs, I told the waitress that I would like to have a little bit more. She brought a little butter dish with some gravy in it. She was not very tentative and just dropped the bill on the table, there was a charge of $2.49. for the extra little dish of gravy, very disappointed. I went to pay the bill and got to the counter and the older white hair lady said she would be right back, I waited a couple minutes and other guests went to the other counter, and they took them right away. Everyone was not paying attention to the counter. I advised that I was next Not very good experience.will not be back
