I never heard of this franchise before, so I had to try it out. The service was exceptional. Even the other customers were great. The food was very tasty and well portioned for the price. My only issue was the hostess who sat me down. She asked if I needed a drink, which is my pet peeve when I just sat down and do not have any idea what my options are. I kindly said I needed a moment to look. She said she would get me a water. I said no water please. She looked at me like I was speaking French. I repeated that I did not want any water. Even the table across from me looked at her curiously. She seemed stunned and was not sure what to do. She asked if I wanted water. I said no, no water. She left. We had your delicious food for Christmas. Re-order the farmhouse feast for Christmas, and it was absolutely delicious. I was worried it wouldn’t taste homemade but every bit was totally delicious. Went during the later lunch hours. Not too crowded, was seated immediately. Service was awesome, she was kind, attentive, and helpful. We split a smattering of breakfast items and fish n chips, which by the way come with bread, so my mother ordered biscuits and got 2! All of it was delicious and hot. The fish n chips were perfectly cooked. The cinna-biscuits are ridiculously good, I could have eaten an entire order by myself. Will definitely return soon. I like how you enter and leave through a mini gift shop that's not designed like a gift shop.

I went to Bob Evans in Westminster for the first time for breakfast. Here is the good, the bad and the summary. The Good I ordered the southwest omelet and it was absolutely fresh, delicious and hot. All of the side items were as well. We got there around 9:00am on Saturday and the place was packed but the service was spectacular, our waitress was on her game. She even offered us to-go cups of our drinks, something no establishment has ever done for us. The Bad The food and service were very good but unfortunately the bathrooms were a mess and had not been cleaned that morning or the night before. We are seeing that this is a common issue at restaurants these days. Summary I would have given them an overall 5 star rating if the bathroom was clean but that was not the case so I gave

Have always avoided it because it seemed so busy but we wanted breakfast and decided to give it a shot. No wait although basically full and the food came out surprisingly fast. I wouldn't say it was the best breakfast we've ever had but we were satisfied. We did think it was a little pricey for breakfast at $35 but not too crazy
