Boba Heaven

This isn't entirely the store's fault, but I placed a pickup order through doordash with a guest account, and when I got to the store, they were closed for the next hour to break their fast for Ramadan (which would've been fine, but the only way to cancel the order through a guest account is to contact the store). After waiting, I did get into the store, but the order apparently didn't go through to their system, despite it going through on doordash's end, and my credit card. The cashier was willing to make the drinks, but the cooks were out, so we couldn't get our food. Ultimately I asked her to cancel the whole order if it went through and then spent the next hour fighting doordash to try and get a refund (still haven't, so I'm out $60). Very cute Boba spot. Multiple Locations. We went to the one in Tinley, nice decor, cute photo op. Nice drinks (boba, freezes, coffees) Boba plush gifts, and small bites - great staff and vibes. Nice chill spot & students get 10% off (w/ ID) love that! Def recommend !

Crispy Chicken Poutine $14.99 + $1.61(tax) = $17.26? Not sure where that extra $0.66 comes into the play since the receipt doesnt note any extra charges? Was excited to see a place offering Poutine but after trying the food and noticing a mysterious non noted charge being added to the total, can't see myself returning. Ordered the Crispy Chicken Poutine and was not a fan of it; took about 15-20 minutes to get order, gravy could use some work, fries were not crispy so the gravy just made everything a mush, 4 large uncut pieces of chicken.

This crispy chicken bowl is straight-up comfort food heaven in a bowl. Imagine golden fries as the base, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, piled high with juicy chicken bites that are crunchy in all the right ways. Shout out to Abood and Hasan for their great service. 10/10 would eat again!

They made my Boba taste like Ice didn’t put too much flavor in it. I asked them for black pearls, but they gave The popping pearls I recommend not trying Boba having.
