Boba Tea and Snow Ice House

I came to this “snow ice house” expecting a cute dessert for my daughter. I told the worker “nothing that would cost extra, just whatever it comes with” to my surprise it comes with nothing, just $6.50 for a cup of ice. I could let that slide if it wasn’t advised as something it’s not. I will be sticking with Bloom in Cove for their bingsu. Also got a milk tea, very mid for price.

I visited on opening day and was excited to be one of their first customers. The shop is adorable, and the overall setup is very cute. As with many new businesses, there were a few kinks still being worked out. The black boba pearls weren’t ready when I arrived, so I wasn’t able to get the full boba experience I was hoping for. They also don’t offer any dairy-free alternatives, which was disappointing. I ordered a Thai milk tea with low sweetness, but it was still extremely sweet—so much so that I couldn’t finish it. My husband felt the same about his drink. I’m hopeful that as they settle in and get into their rhythm, the experience will improve, but unfortunately my first visit fell a bit short.

Love coffee milk tea I get from here and my husband loves the matcha milk tea! Bonus the environments super friendly and if you want something changed they can customize the orders super easy!

Went here for the first time since it opened and I have to say it was lovely. It was an impulse purchase after lunch and we were pleasantly suprised. The inside feels a little empty, but nice! They have a small photo spot. I think it would improve with a mural or two, but the pastel green is lovely. Me and my boyfriend ordered two drinks, a strawberry smoothie and a lychee fruit green tea. All fruit teas seem to have additional fruit added, very lovely. Both were large with mine being an added 75 cents for mango jelly. It ended up being around 15 USD. Staff were patient and kind. I would love to go again.

I have been waiting for this cafe to open, I got the Brown Sugar milk tea 1/2 sweet and it was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and got my order out in a timely manner!
