Brisket cooked right! I was very pleased with the quality of the brisket, it's flavor and how well it was cooked. "Da Sauce" is sweet, but not tangy, so it complimented the meat well. The Mac & cheese was a perfect blend with the cheese being thick and not runny while keeping the flavor and not just cheesy. Corn bread was better than most while the fried okra rounded out a great platter. I am going to come back for more soon.

New to the area and wanted to support a BOB. The service was very friendly. I ordered takeout and lioved that they showed you the order to confirm before bagging it. The sandwich had enough meat to really make two. It tasted great even with no sauce. Fries were nice and hot. I will be back and next time I'm grabbing dessert!

Pulled pork sandwich was thick juicy and delicious on its own. I added a dab of sauce but it didn’t need it. Slaw was good but needed a hint more mayo for my taste. Several reviews mentioned good Mac n cheese but I’ve always been hit or miss in general and can’t recommend it. I got a half pound brisket to go and for some reason the dumped sauce all over and game me 2 sauce cups. I’d get that pork sandwich every time in future!

Was in Charlotte for a motorcycle event , this place happened to be right next to the hotel . Looked at the menu & I was intrigued . Walked in & ordered , cashier was very friendly & our food came out quick. Started eating my ribs , they fell right off the bone!! Sauce was so good & they were juicy. Got a side of baked beans & fries & both were good as well. Also my first time trying a cheer wine since I’m from NY. I was satisfied & I was satisfied by the whole place. Next time I’m down here I’m going back . No complaints

This was our first time visiting and JP made our experience exceptional. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. She shared with us her favorite items on the menu and carried on genuine small talk while we were at the counter. She came to check on us during our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. She is such a kind person and you could tell she took a lot of pride in what she does and where she does it. She was truly the best and we will definitely be going back.
