Boichik Bagels Los Gatos

Boichik Bagels has gotten a lot of media coverage, so I was very excited to try it out! I got the classic lox bagel on pumpernickel. They load up on the cream cheese, which is more cream- than cheese-leaning. It’s right off of 17 so it’s a great place to pick something up for a hike along the coast. Service was very fast and straightforward. Not a super big fan of tomato in my lox bagels and the bagel was a little dense for my liking, rather than chewy or pillowy. An okay bagel overall but I’ve had better elsewhere!

3 stars bc I really really want good bagels in Los Gatos (we recently moved from NY). These taste frozen and reheated… 70% of how good a bagel is .. is the freshness. If you made them fresh on site I would be there every morning 🥹 pls

Had a tuna salad on plain bagel. So good and filling! Loved the tuna salad. Basic and tasty with quality tuna. I have been buying their bagels at lundaris for a while and decided to stop in for lunch. Black coffee is also good. For what you get the price is very reasonable. Glad I stopped in and will be back for sure to try other items.

I ordered a gluten free bagel with cream cheese and lox, tomatoes and capers and it ended up costing $20. I took one bite to find out the bagel was not toasted, tasted really grainy. Not good at all. I choked it down but save your money and get something at Trader Joe’s next door instead. Also no WiFi.

This was the first time I came here and I'm extremely disappointed. They charge you $9.50 for Nova Lox Bagel, plus $3.25 for choosing your bagel which ends up at $12.75. The bagel has no spread, no onion, lettuce or tomato on it, pure dry bagel and a piece of Lox. It was dry like the desert and for $12.75, I will never ever go there again. If you read this, do yourself a favor and go to the other bagel company by WholeFoods.
