Thank you Cherylynn (Yelp Legendary All-Star) for letting me know about the new boba shop finally opening. Boil Tea replaced the previous boba tenant, D7N. The previous shop's employees were nice people. The new shop, Boil Tea, is a good boba/desert shop. They offer various milk tea, sago, yogurt and fruit drinks. I didn't see any coffee drinks available. As for food, they have crepes, shaved ice and waffles. Today, I tried their matcha azuki bean crepe $10 and an iced milk tea $5.75. Both were OK. Less milk would have been nice. Service is faster than before. There's an option to order via ipad in the corner. I prefer ordering to a person because I dislike boba in my milk tea. There's free wifi and the password is next to the cashier. Welcome to the neighborhood Boil Tea.

We got the mango pomelo sago and black tea with extra toppings. Both were good. There’s a little more seating than the last place, and several people working so the orders come out fast.

I’ve had a few different drinks at Boil Tea and they were all great. I like the tea and boba options they have. The shaved ice is delicious! I recommend the strawberry flavor. There are a couple of waffle and crepes on the menu that I look forward to trying when I go in the future. I’m happy to have a place like this where I can grab a tasty snack in the neighborhood. Service is always fast and easy.
