This is an amazing pie shop!!! 5 of us friends came to enjoy a piece of pie and hang out. The baker came out to talk to us and share the insights of how all the ingredients for the pies are from local sources. You can tell. If you come here you are winning! 🏆

I've driven past this for years, always wondered... Well today was the day!! It's not a pizza establishment, it is WAY better!! Outstanding sandwiches, pie of every kind!!! The food is very fresh, the service is awesome!! Izzy helped us both out with lots of suggestions, he knows everything about the menu. His suggestions were spot on!! He is very personable, super friendly and went out of his way to greet and say good bye to everyone that walked in. The pies.... wow!! We had the peaches with Carmel, it was amazing, the peaches were fresh, Carmel was rich, together it melted in my mouth. The cherry crumble was great as well, good crumble, tart cherries ...yum!! Boise Pie Co. absolutely knocked it out of the park this Thanksgiving! We ordered the pecan and pumpkin pies for our family, and they were both incredible—rich, perfectly balanced, and full of homemade flavor. Everyone raved about them, and there wasn’t a slice left. These pies truly made our holiday extra special. Highly recommend Boise Pie Co. for any celebration or craving for amazing pie!

Underrated for how amazing it is. Great staff, food is amazing we're pie lover's and were so happy to find this place. Coffee was a plus, she brewed up a good drink. A variety of pies and amazing flavors. The breakfast pie was amazing, my husband (bigger pie lover) enjoyed a slice of the Huckleberry Cream pie with a Peach pie to go for a birthday 'cake.'

Honestly, this may be a top 5 eateries in Boise for me. I walked in expecting to grab a coffee for my walk to work after a really difficult week. David instantly made my entire day. 5 stars just based on how helpful and kind he was. THANK YOU DAVID. The food was INCREDIBLE. David deserves a raise and more customers. Here's my reviews of the items I ordered: Marshmallow something coffee drinky: 8/10 It was prepared well, I just didn't love the flavor. If they house made the syrups, it would be amazing The dirty bird sandwich: 10/10 I subbed to have it on a croissant. Rosemary goodness. I could eat this daily Boise Berry pie: 12/10 YUM. Possibly the best pie I have ever eaten I can't add photos because I devoured everything very quickly
