Bojangles

What is this? It suck’s that this is the closest bojangles. I’ve been there when it’s taken 20+ minutes for a simple biscuit and fries, and today when they are completely dead, I get unseasoned fries and a totally flattened sandwich. Probably should’ve given 1 star but at least the tea was still good.

SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT. DO NOT GO TO THIS BOJANGLES I don’t know what’s wrong with this location in particular. It’s 2026 and they tell me after I get to the window (after waiting) that they no longer take apple pay in the window. They have literally done this before AT THIS LOCATION. The lady said they technically could take apple pay inside… but they wouldn’t since it was closed for some reason even after 8am. I think it was because there is snow on the ground and they didn’t want to deal with a mess. I waited 20-25 minutes for my literal 6 dollar ish egg and cheese biscuit combo. Instead of being kind and working with me since it was the only form of payment I had this morning… they refused. They could have been kind and even comped the meal as it was 3 items… biscuit, drink,

Great food & service just several shady customers hanging in dining room. Other wise great. People just were very unfriendly appear to have either drug problems or antisocial ppl in ding room staff was great manager was amazing!

They should be ashamed to be apart Bojangles, the Fountain Machine is moldy. They need to clean the restaurant better. I can't imagine what they kitchen looks like. There going to get someone sick. When we first came to this restaurant we was going to get a Family Box but the cashier said they didn't have any bone in chicken. Only good thing I can say about this place is the cashier was friendly but they need to clean better.

This place is a disgrace to bojangles. I love bojangles and have never been served a raw biscuit. As someone who works the fast food industry if I ever served someone something raw I would get bitched out. They also don’t have the proper number listed online so I have to backtrack they’re number because they posted the number for a different location. Adding to this I just went again on march 5 2026 and the manager at the drive-through was one of the most disrespectful I have ever met. I was getting annoyed with the AI because we had re-ordered.
