Bojangles

Never going to bojangles again, not supporting this trash business. I ordered a family size fry for $4.50 and they didn’t even bother to fill it up. I ordered mash potatoes and gravy and didn’t get any gravy. This place ALWAYS forgets the sauces. They didn’t even give me a receipt. I went around 1:55pm today. My order is always wrong or lacking somehow. No peace of mind coming here. I’m just going to buy public’s chicken at this point. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Service was terribly slow. Didn’t get everything in our bag. To top it off my wife’s chicken supreme tenders were RAW. Never coming here again and I recommend others don’t go here either.

How hard can it be to mess an an oder thats a checklist? Obviously the people that work at this Bojangles can. My order consisted of *Sandwich combo with macaroni and cheese and sweet tea. *Brest & wing combo with mashed potatoes and coleslaw *3 wing combo with 3 fries. *1/2 gallon of sweet tea. When I opened the box, I was missing the coleslaw, the macaroni and cheese and the sweet tea. The 3 wing combo had two thighs and a leg. I guess they just saw chicken and threw it in the box. Never again will I order from this location.

I came in to eat this morning. No-one will take your order and they want you to use a kiosk. The kiosk did not work. I tried four times to get the attention of people in the back. The lady was too busy playing on her phone and the other guy just ignored me. I will never go back here and I suggest people not waste time here. They don't care about you. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience here but it will certainly be the last.

INCREDIBLY SLOW! If you enjoy waiting in line (minimum 3 cars deep or less) for about 20 minutes before ordering, then place your order, and finally wait for your food for another 20 minutes, then go here... if you don't have the patience to wait till your kids grow up to have children of their own, then go somewhere else... the chicken biscuits are fairly okayish. Do not recommend.
