Bojangles

I have to give this review because I'm very disappointed in the service I just received today. I frequent this restaurant at least once a week in the morning to get breakfast. That staff during the morning hours is usually pretty good. Today I stopped to get a Cajun biscuit and some french fries on my way home from work. There was only three employees in the store. Two men and one woman. I received my food and noticed that my fries were very old. They were very crispy no potato in the middle and they actually snap when you pop them in half. I knew that these were old fries are either re- dipped in the grease to make hot. I'm not angry I just came inside and I wanted to ask for fresh fries. All three employees saw me come in. I live on the west coast and I've been eating Bojangles since I was a child growing up in Charlotte, North Carolina. And even though they don't have Bojangles in the Pacific Northwest over the past few years, a lot of my family members have been complaining about the quality of the food and the service at Bojangles. And that's a shame I find because it's actually one of the first places I go eat when I come to the South. When I entered the Bojangles there was no one up front. They were all in the back doing something so there was not a soul in sight until this one lady who was on break called everybody up and said hey... There's a customer out here. After that a young lady who appeared to be the manager came out to take my order and then she was fixing my food while she was actually on her

My husband picked up dinner and had to wait around 20 minutes. He was told the wait was for fresh fries to come out. These are the worst fries we have ever had. Absolutely nothing freshly cooked about them. I wouldn’t be shocked if they were day old fries. Tasted like they had been cooked and recooked more than once. So hard we just threw them away.

Terrible service. Cars in line for 5-8 mins without getting the order. Went inside just to wait in line that again does not move. Girl at the front looks lost. They help people about every 5-8mins. If you come here expect to wait a while. No greeting no eye contact. Just Terrible. Won't be back. Owner don't respond just get better workers.

I walked in on a Sunday morning and ordered a variety of 25 biscuits. I had them within 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and attentive! The restaurant was clean and well stocked.
