Food was hot and fresh. Staff was courteous and kind. Bonus to see the Bonangles decorated for Halloween.

This place has the best Bojangles biscuits in the world of Bojangles. If this is the case, why is my Bo berry biscuit burnt and drenched in icing? Is that quality, is that right? Also, is it apart of the hiring process to train people to be really good at asking you what sauces you would like but make sure they are not in the customers bags when they leave? Also, why is the chicken supreme tenders so hard they about rip your gums open? Why do we hire people who sulk and have zero customer service skill when dealing with the general public? Not a great experience. I don’t want a gift card or a refund. I want to come back to Bojangles and it be on point. Stay consistent and quick making hiring sulking people including managers cause they are the worst at night.

I travel to the Lowcountry two or three times a week and stop at the Bojangles quite frequently. It is clean. The food is consistently good and the employees are very friendly.

never once have I had all of my sauces and meal in the bag the first try. Always have to ask for missing sauces again and if you ask them twice for it they always have a sour attitude. I hate going here but then again what other options do I have in this town.

So when I learned that Bo was throwing their hat in the BBQ ring, I knew that sooner or later this BBQ Lover was going to try it. That chance came on a Thursday evening just before 9. There was no line at the drive through, but the staff was still on their game. The team member that took my order was extremely friendly, polite and best of all, clear. I ordered the Pulled Pork BBQ sandwich and a Sweet Tea. They filled the order quickly and we were on our way. The Pulled Pork BBQ was good. The BBQ was on the dry side and could've been helped by some tangy pepper vinegar sauce. I couldn't det
