Bojangles

Worst experience I've had at a Bojangles. We travel all over and we've been to quite a few. I ordered a Cheddar Bo add an egg and the first guy was like, I don't think we can do that. I pointed to the menu where it says Cheddar Bo at the bottom it literally says "add an egg". A woman came over and said "what is she trying to do? And begins to help. Then she says "we can't add the egg. And I said it says on the menu "add an egg". She says we can't put it on the sandwich, it'll have to come on the side and you have to put it on. I told her okay, just add an egg to my order please. I asked for Bo rounds as my side and they said they don't have them ready. And I said okay can you make some? They responded well, yah but it's going to be 8 minutes. So I said okay. And they asked me again what I

My wife and I went for an early breakfast and they have the best biscuits. I ordered a Cajun Chicken biscuit and coffee and it was delicious. I would go back for it. My wife had the biscuits and gravy and she really enjoyed it. She loves her biscuits and gravy. We just had a home less person begging for money in the restaurant that took away from my quiet breakfast with my wife, but I don't blame him. He was cold and needed help. It's hard not to feel sorry for people, but they shouldn't be in a business where people just want to shop or eat. Thank you.

Service was phenomenal!! I ordered a 20 pc tailgate for an office meeting lunch. Added extra sides... Let me tell you this team was spot on!! Worked great together order was correct and all with a smile!! I wish All Bojangles had teams like this one!! This is a culture that could coach other locations!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The drive through lady charged me for regular size and when I went up to window. I let her know I ordered a large. She gave me such an attitude about having to get large drinks. Then I got my order and there were small fries. Proceeded to go in and the manager told me the window girl only up graded our drinks and she was not giving us large fries. Continues to argue with me. Very disappointed and disappointed how defensive and rude they were. When it was clearly their mess up.

This spot is very old school. You feel like you are eating in a school lunchroom. You can't refill your drink, so that's not good. The service was slow & the attitude of the workers was depressing. Won't be going back.
