Bojangles

A great experience from start to finish! All the employees were welcoming, helping and friendly! They even brought my food to my table! The food was absolutely mouth watering and delicious! The Peach Honey Pepper sauce is amazing but my go to favorites are the Bo sauce and the honey mustard! Very clear parking lot, store and bathrooms as well!

I am truly impressed by Bojangles. The Bo-berry milkshake is hands down one of the best shakes I’ve had in a long time. The Bo’s chicken sandwich was hot, juicy, and tender. At first glance, I wasn’t sure if the chicken would lack flavor. When I order from fast food, I select spicy chicken sandwiches. I can’t describe it, but Bojangles' chicken was delicious with whatever seasoning was added. The Bo’s fries were like Popeye's crispy Cajun fries but better. I purchased 2 dipping sauces that weren’t needed. I haven’t tried the peach honey pepper yet. The Bo special sauce is like salad dressing. I would only order it with a salad. I enjoyed the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich. It was an extra charge to replace the regular biscuit with the Bo-berry. The inside and outside of the res

When this location opened in Euless it was a big hit. Everything was good. The last two times I have been totally disappointed. First visit was to get a quick breakfast sandwich, it was horrible. The biscuit was hard as a rock, I threw it away after first bite. Had to wait for coffee to be made at 6:30am? The next time I went I asked for half sweet/half unsweet tea, the girl at window said there was no sweet tea. So i got unsweet tea that was horrible, tasted old and had a chicken oil taste to it, threw it away. I wont be going back for awhile hopefully some things will get fixed.

I felt cheated. Bo Jangles with only chicken tenders doesn't represent the same experience. I personally think that since someone(s) decision to not bring the full menu that it's a waste to even bring the food chain to Texas. It definitely was disappointing. However, the staff was amazing. They even inquired what was the seriousness of not having the full Bojangles menu. I told them that Bojangles fried chicken meal with all the good sides was the BEST and I mean the BEST chicken Ive ever had in my entire life.

They've replaced the Cajun Filet chicken with some some sort of chicken ball. It was the most gross thing I've ever had in my entire life. And they've replaced the poor cashier's with AI. Never ever going back. Greedy horrible company!!!!
