Bojangles

Went in for lunch, during a very busy lunch rush, waited in line for around 10 minutes only to realize I forgot my debit card. After sitting down and waiting for my co workers to finish a Bojangles employee brought me my original order and she said " have your lunch sir" That was very nice and very unexpected. I'll recommended this location to anyone that asks. On top of good service the kitchen looks clean, the lobby is clean and the kitchen staff seem well disciplined and worked quickly.

I have never reviewed a fast food place until now starting with pulling up to the drive thru the guy at the drive thru took five minutes to get our order half right. 2 rice bowls with extra bo bites and a grilled chicken sandwich and 2 large waters.it took a nice lady taking over to get our order through and then another 10 minutes to get our food.After coming out with the wrong order. We did not get the extra meat on the rice bowl. And we got the wrong sandwich.and 2 medium waters

It really depends on who is working that day so with the stars its a five on some days and one star on other days because some days I go and it almost perfect!! Then other days Im like what is this? I like fresh and hot biscuits out the oven but when you put my biscuits in a warmer thats a no for me. It's the job that you applied for so if you are not gonna do it right the first time then just quit!! We as people work hard for our money and if we can pay these sometimes ridiculous prices then our food should be cooked to perfection EVERYTIME just like the workers would expect their food if they were in the same situation!!

The service was fast and not necessarily unfriendly but not necessarily friendly either. I had a side of rice, which was gummy, but the side of beans I had was pretty good. They made my tea just the way I like it, but I couldn't believe that all of that was $10.Crazy!!!

The service today was awful. I went through the drive-through placement order and paid and then had to pull off to the side with four other vehicles and still no order came out. I had to go inside the cook. I could see his face. He’s just standing there doing nothing and it was a lot of people Bojangles has got to do damn better than this.
