Bojangles

Bojangles in Franklin NC is one of my favorite spots to stop at when I am driving back from college. The staff are always friendly and the food is hot and fresh every time. I usually get the number 10 5 piece meal large sized with a pink lemonade with no ice and it always hits the spot after a long drive. The chicken is crispy and full of flavor the biscuits are soft and buttery and the fries are always good too. The place is clean and the service is quick even when it gets busy. Overall Bojangles in Franklin NC is a great place to grab a good meal on the way home. Good food good people and a nice stop after college.

We just got food from here and everything was cold and stale. The people working the window acted like me being there was the biggest inconvenience they had ever had. Our order was wrong and they didn't give us a reciept. Breakfast is okay, but I'd skip supper on a Saturday if you want good food.

7:00 on a Saturday evening we were the only dine in customers. The dining area floor was dirty and cluttered throughout. The tables had not been wiped off from previous diners. The bathroom had paper towels scattered on the floor. Staff was in the kitchen talking and laughing. Staff was courteous, but food prep was slower than expected. Food was fine and typical for Bojangle's. We like Bojangles, and the store seemed like it had been maintained, but nothing had been done to clean in many hours.

I love Bojangles chicken and biscuits, but today I stopped in for a snack to go with my coffee. I saw their sign offering Boberry Cookies. They were good with a touch of fruit flavor.

Everything is good as long as I don't give you a really skinny piece of chicken on your Cajun fillet biscuit. Sometimes they're so skinny. There's not even any meat in them. Pretty weird. It happened to me today
