I love Bojangles. The food definitely depends on who is working. Sometimes my meals are above and beyond. Just heavenly. Other times, like today, I asked for fresh fries because I dont like them soggy. Tell my why I got super soggy fries. Not fresh. They were super greasy, double cooked and floppy. I really don't appreciate this back and forth. I just want a good meal after a long day.
The food was subpar. Location fillet was dried out. The bow rounds for dark greasy colored, and tasted like it I went through the drive-thru I would have given it back. Edit to add pics
Every time I come here, I tell myself that I’m not coming back to this location. If they don’t get my order wrong they’re really rude about it.! Hoping the manager or even owner sees this because I’m like seriously uncomfortable going into that restaurant and I will drive a little further now and go to the one in Holly Springs. I literally feel like I’m bothering these workers but just modifying a sandwich a little bit.
I bought the tailgate. The sweet 1/4 sweet tea, mash potatoes, gravy, and dirty rice had to be trashed. The chicken was good. The sweet tea 1/4 didn't taste normal, it was old and had a weird taste to it, I had to spit it out. The gravy had a pretty bad smell, the closer you got it to your nose the worse, I'm glad I didn't eat it, the mashed potatoes was the same. The dirty rices super wet and slimey thrashed right way. The Mac and cheese was good. I've passed through there multiple times during lunch and had not experienced this, I guess like most people say it just depends who's working there, I'll probably never pass through there at night again, smell your food before you eat it.
This is our go-to Bojangles location in Fuquay, and it consistently delivers that classic, crave-worthy taste we know and love. Whether it's a early morning biscuit run or a late-day dinner, the quality and service here are always top-notch. What Makes This Location Stand Out: Food Quality: The food is always fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. The Cajun Filet Biscuit is a masterpiece—the chicken is juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the famous Made-From-Scratch Biscuits are consistently fluffy and warm. The Seasoned Fries are a must-have; always crispy and never soggy. Service & Speed: The drive-thru line moves efficiently, even during the busy morning rush. The staff at the counter are friendly, professional, and always get our complex orders (like a tailgate order for 20) correct. It'
