We actually used the drive thru to pick up an order. We do not eat fast food often but we really wanted a sausage biscuit. The BISCUITS were so delicious! They hot, buttery, flaky and super delicious. They drive thru area was clean. The employees were friendly. And the service was quick. Thank you!

On today around 7:40 AM I visited the Indian Lake location located in Hendersonville, TN.. I ordered in the drive thru and asked for a Cajun chicken biscuit combo and a smothered steak biscuit. While driving away from the location I bit into my steak biscuit and a long piece of gray hair was hanging out of the gravy and the chicken that I had bitten from. I immediately turned my car around and went back to the drive through and asked to speak with a manager. The General Manager that did not have a name tag on and refused to provide me his name came out with an aggressive body language and a loud offensive tone towards me. I politely explained to him that it was hair in my biscuit and I showed him the hair and he loudly said to me in front of my 10 year old son that I “Always” have a probl

Pulled up right before close while there was just a single young man working, he was kind patient and took good care of me despite me showing up when it was just him and others also showing up. My dude definitely ain't getting paid what he's worth. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is management needs to change the time on google as it doesn't match the door and maybe built a environment of support so they can hope to keep workers like this.

Jason and the team are phenomenal! I come In every Saturday or Sunday and get an order of Bo Berry biscuits with extra icing, and they know my order right as I walk in the door. Jason is always customer first and makes it a point to talk to every customer. This is true customer service and it really resonates with his team. Great work!

Very bad experience with manager Alexis and the girl who worked the window. I ordered 3 meals. A number 1 and 2 kids meals. I waited 15+ minutes got food and drove home. Only to find the side for my #1 and a whole kids meal missing. Went back to restaurant and asked Alexis for missing food and to remake my old food since I drove home. Alexis repackaged the cold food and DID NOT REMAKE ANYTHING. I was also given the missing food which was also cold. None of the fries has seasoning on them. And no recipe was issued with food delivery. I had to request a receipt from Alexis upon returning to this establishment. This is the second time receiving bad food while Alexis was managing. No apology from Alexis.
