Bojangles

POSSIBLY THE CLEANEST RESTAURANT EVER. I may have come through right after they cleaned the place, but it was impeccable! I wasn't aware that they did this, but they sell the bojangles fries seasoning here as well. The manager who was on duty was manning the front station like a champion. It seemed busy but well controlled.

This place is AWFUL. Manager included. Watched him call my Hispanic coworker stupid, for him asking for rice and beans in same bowl 😂. Ai drive thru. Vibes are terrible. The food is continuously over cooked. Stone drive bojangles is night and day difference. Good food even good music there. I work close to this fort Henry location and have gave them 10 too many last chances. Hope they close it! 5-6 Cajun biscuits taste like plastic. I’m a keep mouth closed and not complain type person. But it’s happened so many times my business is now elsewhere.

Came around lunch time to get me and my 1 year old son food got our food and pulled up to make sure everything was there, we received everything excepted our biscuit and gravy, so then I went to check our biscuits I got a egg/cheese biscuit for my son was about to hand to him till I realized it was missing cheese and also had hair in it. Went back to the window to get our biscuit and gravy and to show them the hair and the manger that came to the window was just straight up rude and acted like it was our fault then she went to the guy that was made our food to tell him and to make us a new one and they just all looked at us disrespectful. Anyways the guy had a beanie on and long hair like a girl, which is perfectly fine but the fact he didn’t have his hair up in a bun or pony tail or somet

Went through the drive thru. Ordered Cajun filet biscuit, sausage biscuit, biscuit and gravy and 2 drinks. Service was super fast. Now I know why. Looks like these biscuits have been sitting for awhile. My sausage biscuit was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The Cajun filet biscuit was only soft near the middle. I understand “fast food” not OLD food. There were a lot of workers inside and I was the only person in drive thru. So this shouldn’t have happened.

Food is great. Don’t like the AI order taker. Trash all over in the parking lot makes a bad atmosphere.
