Bojangles

I strongly recommend double-checking your food before leaving the building. Unfortunately, I was served raw meat on my biscuits (see attached photos). This is a serious food safety issue that should not be overlooked. Please exercise caution when ordering here.

Our first time at a Bojangles and it was great. Service was quick and food was out hot & fresh. Ton of sausage gravy with our sausage gravy and biscuit. Peach cobbler was pucker your mouth sweet. So good! Did not disappoint at all. And where else can you get a combo for less than $8?!?!

I just came in to pick up my order i placed online.The young white woman at the counter was ringing up a guy.After she finished his transaction she walked away.i proceeded to go to the other counter but didn’t want to bother her if she needed a moment to get orders together.After standing for 2 mins,she turns to me and ask am i picking up an order or placing one with a slick eye roll.Then i get my food and it’s half cold.The black lady asked me was it doordash i said no and she stated that they make the orders as son as they come in and thats the reason it’s not fresh.I order 5 mins prior to walking in,so that means dd customers are getting food thats been sitting in the warmer huh? I am a doordasher but today i was not and i don’t appreciate being treated that way.I appreciate the black l

NO SERVICE is equivalent to BAD SERVICE. I stood at the counter for 10 min without being acknowledged. I asked the two employees that were sitting in the lobby if they could assist me and they said, he will help you. It was the drive thru employee Mike. Mike didn’t assist so I stood there three more minutes than I left. The restaurant was completely empty but no one bothered to even acknowledge my presence. I left because I can spend my hard earned money somewhere else. KFC held the door open for me, greeted me, and told me that they were cooking me some fresh chicken. I am now a fan of KFC and thank you for the hospitality!! Bo Jangles do better!! Your staff failed me and loss me as a customer!!

We went through rhe drive through and the service was amazing. The food was super fresh and was still hot when we got home. 10 out of 10.
