Bojangles

Enjoyed Bojangles for a weekend breakfast. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Received my order of a steak biscuit combo with Bo-rounds almost immediately after ordering, and the food was hot and fresh. The Bo-rounds were crispy with a soft interior, and the country fried steak on the steak biscuit was cooked well and the biscuit was warm and soft. Great spot for a quick breakfast.

They screw something up every time I go there!!!! Today it was $1.59 I paid to upsize my bo rounds and they gave me the regular size. Drive-thru uses AI to take the order but doesn't have a screen and doesn't read the order back to you. I told myself I wouldn't go back and I did this morning cause I wanted EXTRA BO ROUNDS, so the thing I came there for they screwed up..

Rudest drive thru ever ... NO STARS. If I'm wanting to order more because 2 sauaage egg and cheese biscuits are on sale (and i just found out) don't talk to me like you're "special". Lol Lost that sell. I'll spend money elsewhere.

So - when they ask you if you want a "medium" or a "large" combo, the correct answer is "small" if you don't want to pay an extra $2 on your combo cost. 😀

The food is good, but the customer service is unacceptable. They close at 10pm, and I came in at 6 to order 20 pieces of chicken for my family. The person taking my order literally said “god damn it” for no reason in front of me. That’s extremely unprofessional. You come to work, but get upset just because a customer orders food? Do I have to pay and cook it myself? Make it make sense!
