Bojangles

Under no circumstances should you all pull something like this out of a fryer knowing it’s not throughly cooked. You can tell it wasn’t before placing it in between a biscuit and slapping cheese on it. Outside of that you don’t know who’s consuming this. I myself am pregnant and surely can’t afford to be eating raw chicken for breakfast or any meal for that matter. If you’re not standing over them ensuring your meal is made properly they are very careless and inconsiderate.

I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast biscuit which was hot, fresh and delicious. My coworkers had been talking about boberry biscuits so I tried those also and was not disappointed. The boberry biscuit was warm, soft, fluffy and full of berries on the inside with a nice crust and glaze on the outside. Melt in your mouth deliciousness.

I've dined in at this location for years. This is the first time I had a issue. I ordered 3 peices of Grouper this time instead or Whiting or Salmon. My fried Grouper looked delicious but it was" under" cooked. Mushie tasting, not sushi but close. I don’t ever feel comfortable or trusting to send my food back for a extra Fry. I ended up just taking it home.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. On March 7, 2026 at 11:32 AM (Check #406) at Bojangles #1246 on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow, the drive-thru employee rolled her eyes when I asked for condiments and sarcastically said “Dang, anything else?” when I asked for honey. When I asked to speak to a manager, another employee stood behind the manager mocking me and making faces while I was explaining the situation. Completely unprofessional.
