Bojangles

Terrible- we ordered 2 breast and two wings on Uber Eats- after waiting 45 mins they sent all dark meat which we do not eat. I called and the staff said they were out of white meat; no call or anything. They just sent the opposite of what we ordered and did NOT care at all- terrible experience

When the food is served fresh its great. Unfortunately, tonight I got off of work at 6:30 pm and ordered pickup on the app. Instant regret as soon as I opened the box, the fries were cold and the chicken was old. The eight piece had 5 wings and zero breasts. This was a very disappointing experience. Work hard all day just to drive home with cold, old, and disgusting food.

From the moment we ordered, the service was quick and the food came out fresh, not that “been sitting under a heat lamp” feeling you sometimes get at fast food spots. Everything had that made-to-order taste which was a nice surprise. The portions were filling and the prices were very reasonable, which is always a win when you’re feeding a family. Nobody left hungry, that’s for sure! If you haven’t tried it yet, don’t wait as long as we did, you’ll wish you’d stopped in sooner!”

I used to love Bojangles food! But I don’t even understand how this location stays open. They have the worst staff I’ve ever seen anywhere. I’ve tried to go there twice in the last month, waiting both times in the drive through for over 25 minutes. The last time no one was in front of me, I was the only car, and both guys at the window ignored me, one of them putting his back in the window and the other guy counting cash where everyone could see. And after 20 minutes, of course I had ordered with the drive through computer service, and they acted like I wasn’t there, I drove away. I’ve Never seen anything this bad. The owner needs to sell.

Walked inside, employee asked me if I could take customers food out to there parked car because it's raining, assuming she doesn't want to get wet? But then tells me the inside is closed and it's drive thru only. (940am) peak laziness
