Bojangles

The eggs served here are worthy of the best breakfast platter. Perfectly greasy and wonderful texture. Together with a flaky biscuit and sausage it made for a decent meal but the service was completely bad. The cashier was wonderful and polite but after making my order I sat for 13 minutes without anyone knowing If I got my food or not. Then I saw a manager coming with a bag and got up to receive my order and she said someone else has yours then went out a side door with the bag. I then sat back down and after a few more minutes the cashier said "What about that guy?" and the manager had a muffled reply then my food was served. It almost seemed deliberate. I love the quality and prices overall though.

I would like to give a shout out to the young lady, Victoria at the Madison location. It was busy busy when I came in and she was prompt, polite and professional. Working in the food industry can be draining so I commend her for doing such a good job 👍🏾

Came in to total chaos. Three young boys running around in lobby their coats and toys strewn all on lobby floor. At one point staning in lobby chairs with wash clothes loudly yelling back and forth. But it gets better crew yelling back and forth as well. After waiting 15 mins just to get our order taken at the counter we really should have walked out. No apologies, excuses, compensation. Was told my husband's chicken would take 6 mins to cook. The food itself was great but they really need to get it together. We were not the only ones waiting either.

I gotta say, I think the chicken here may just be better than KFC, and the fact that they have that really yummy buttermilk biscuit type thing for everyone of their sandwich combos as a huge win for me, reminds me of my mom‘s buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy and cheese growing up, almost as good as that ;) The people here were super friendly and were careful to make sure they had their order right after we had sat down. Also, of course, my pianist and producer brain is going to say this, but they also have great taste in music for the radio station they play here. Oh, and the guy who took our order, also went out of his way to tell us that they try to lock the doors right when they close to keep homeless people from coming in and “shootin’ up in the bathroom” lol, which is relievin

Waited at the counter for several minutes and no employee came to take my order for about 5-6 minutes. Chose to go through drive-thru and ordered a combo but they didn't have the dirty rice I ordered for my side even though it's was around 7pm.
