Bojangles

My experience was just okay. As a fast-food stop, the service was quite slow. The fried chicken itself was a bit bland and lacked flavor, and it didn't come with any sauce packets, which would have helped. The dining area tables weren't very clean either. Hopefully, they can improve on these points.

I went at 830 am and paid $5.72 for a chicken sandwich, for one thing, it tasted like burnt old grease and was very chewy. definitely microwaved. I used to like this place but the last few times its been the same. This time I clicked a picture. I should have checked it before I left. Then again last time I returned a sandwich here, maybe 9 months ago, the older manager lady was very rude and questioned me about it in front of a lot of people like i was lying. I probably won't be back.

We were on our way from New Jersey back to North Carolina, and this Bojangles location is right around the Chesapeake Bay Bridge area. I got the 12 piece Bo Bites meal with the house-made ranch and the mashed potatoes and gravy side. For my drink, I just got water. When we were there, the fountain was only letting out water and no other drinks, but I was going to get water anyway so it did not impact me. The service was nice and we ate inside because we wanted to take a break from being in the car. I should have ordered the 9 piece, as the 12 piece is very filling. The mashed potatoes and gravy were nice, and the chicken went well with it, too. Store is dirty, no napkins, had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order. My frys were old and had no Cajun seasoning and the biscuit was like a brick

I waited over 30 minutes for my order in the drive thru just to get home and find out the order was wrong. They had zero people eating inside and everyone that came through the drive thru had to wait. I won't be back, how disappointing 😞.
