Bojangles

This is the second time I've ordered during the night shift, and both orders have been incorrect. I asked for no pickles and no mayonnaise, and they still included them. Also, I ordered extra fries, and they didn't give me my regular fries. The chicken in my sandwich wasn't cooked properly. The service was excellent 👍🏻, but the food was terrible 👎🏻

So I come here all the time. I get the 8 piece dinner and I wait patiently for fresh chicken. Never had a problem. I get all dark chicken 4 legs 4 thighs. They know who I am. This time the day shift manager was still there and tried to get me to get the chicken that was already there. I said no I wait for the fresh chicken. I waited close to 20 minutes for my order and received old chicken and they gave me breast instead of thighs. Very disappointed. This has never happened before until that manager tried to get me to take the chicken that was already there. Why did I have to wait 20 minutes for chicken that was already there. I'll go to Asheboro from this point on. Customer lost.

Ate half my biscuit and noticed a hair cooked into it!!! This is disgusting!!! I don’t think this is the first review about a hair. They need to be wearing hair nets!

we pull up and a ai took our order after re asking our order 3 times we pull up to the window and mentions to us that they don’t serve SUPREMES at 8:26 and it will be 10 minute wait to get the “lunch” menu (never once has this been an issue, they are supposed to serve it at all times.) after saying okay and say what we want at the window they say they can’t take the order at the window and that we would have to go back around. ridiculous, what work do they do?

Sat in the off line for over 30 minutes waiting on my order to be brought to me. Saw at least 3 others get theirs out of order. Wait staff finally came out to ask what I’d gotten when I exited my car to see what was the problem. Somehow orders got wiped off screen so she was manually taking the orders for what we had paid for. This is an unacceptable practice and needs immediate attention.
