Bojangles

I came to Bojangles today around 12:00 PM. While waiting for my food, I noticed an employee removing the expiration label from a food cup before handing it to the customer in front of me. When they started preparing my order, I noticed the same thing happen with my coleslaw—the expiration label was removed. I asked the employee why the label was being removed, and he seemed confused and said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I clearly explained that I saw him remove the expiration label from my food. He then said he would get the manager. When the manager came over, I was told that they cannot sell food with the expiration label on it because that is their policy, and I was offered a different side if I wanted it changed. Poor Service, 40 minutes before closing time Manager and employees doesn't have any food to serve customers. Manager told me she stop cooking a 8 pm. Bojangles this is unacceptable as a company.

Gave this location a few attempts to revive themselves and they’ve let me down each time. Today’s service was poor, staff was rude and unfriendly. Chicken supremes and bone in chicken were well over cooked, biscuits were so over cooked I could hear them crunch bitting into them. Not the bojangles food Ive had before, disappointing

2/6 Employees at Bojos don't really show much love to dine in customers. Minimal eye contact. [Previous visit] First time this location. Good chicken served quickly. Cashier could have reinforced the sale by stating the food will be up shortly. Much better service than the next nearest location in Stanleyville.

Got 2 breakfast burritos and a peach cobbler they look smalish but they are very filling good. They staff was very nice and the place was very clean and pleasant.
