Bojangles

Pulled in drive thru got a robot to take our order. Got to window to a rude lady that took our money then told us to pull to the front of building. We sat there for almost 10 min. I went inside. They looked under staffed to me so i tried to keep my mean face off. The guy at the register loooked for my order and the drive thru lady acted like she didnt want to be there at all. She casually walked back to window to get my order that been sitting there the whole time open. When we got our food it was wrong! Im so glad i left this establishment. We will never return to this bojangles! 10:00am 1/18/26

I came here around 12 and ordered. They said it’s going to be about 15 mins for the chicken to come up and I said ok. I waited and waited in the parking lot but when I looked at the clock it was 12:35. I’ve noticed that a lot of people were getting their orders so I figured they forgot about me and I called to asked if my order was ready. The lady on the phone said it’s coming and as I hung up a guy with long hair gave me the food. He was very friendly. He said that they ran out of big boxes and as he was handing me the individual boxes he told me what was inside them. When I got home I noticed that the dark meat was room temperature while the white meat was hot so I’m assuming it was fresh. I think they packed the dark meat ahead of time in the bag instead of packing it and letting it sit

I ordered a family meal came in and drive thru. They say the chicken was fresh, but it was still cold.And if I got my slaw. Tried to call them and they kept picking the phone up.And hanging it up

Went thru drive thru for a Supreme salad, told to drive to double doors and wait. Waited 15 minutes, went in myself and still waited. No customer service, walking around like zombies. BTW. Tomatoes were rotten. Took a pic in case I get food poison.

Thought that since they updated their building and recently reopened, it would be better, wrong. The food was only room temperature. Cashier acted like she couldn't hear and kept asking what we ordered. They only had legs and thighs at 5:00 pm and no mashed potatoes. When I ask if they offered senior discounts, I was never given an answer. They were always out of chicken prior to their upgrade and still that way so guess some things never change so don't advise going there.
