Bojangles

I don't go to Bojangles often but I came here to pick up food for a friend and honestly I hated the drive-thru experience. The AI person at the board that was talking to me was just weird, I honestly was more scared that I would get my order wrong since it was just technology I was speaking to instead of a person who couldn't edit my order for me. The people at the window were decently okay they were pretty average for fast food workers but the food was hot and my friend did enjoy it.

Honestly four stars. A solid four stars. I was dying for fried chicken and had never had Bojangles before so this was an adventure. I loved it all. The chicken: juicy, flavorful, perfect. The coleslaw: I hate coleslaw but the AI asked me about sides and I panicked but honestly I really enjoyed it. A little too sweet but still good! The mac n cheese: soft, cheesy, creamy, hot, excellent. The biscuit was bomb too. The ONLY thing that threw me off was the AI order taker thing which stays on even when they are closed.

Worst meal EVER! I’ve provided picture of what was supposed to be a five piece tender meal with dirty rice, biscuits, fries and large sweet tea. The chicken tenders were like thin sticks of chicken. The pictures on the menu and the attached pictures show exactly what I received. The only thing good in the entire meal was the dirty rice. The sweet tea was terrible, tasted old, stale. The French fries were just as bad as the tenders. Rate this Bojangles a -10000 out of 10. Would not recommend this location for anything.

Being from the northeast this was my first visit to Bojangles and it was a really good experience. We were greeted at the counter and had a nice discussion with the cashier while we determined what we wanted. I chose chicken strips and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was exceptional for a chain restaurant and the chicken strips were about par. They have really good biscuits! If I find myself down this way again I will definitely keep Bojangles in mind as a quick lunch option.

Ordered a combo of the 3 piece chicken with Cole slaw and dirty rice. I received chicken tenders and only dirty rice. I went back through to let them know and the manager Alicia was very rude about it. She told me it was the way I ordered it and i didn’t order correctly. I told her I specifically said the order number and it asked me what two sides i wanted. They remade it and I asked her if the dirty rice and Cole slaw was in the box and she said yes. I didn’t think to check it and when we got home we only had three pieces of chicken and dirty rice. There was no Cole slaw and no biscuit. Then the four piece tender we ordered only had three tenders. I understand mistakes happen but to tell me it’s my fault when y’all messed up is insane to me.
