Bojangles

This place is a mess. I get that it was busy, but there were only a few people in front of me and that still doesn’t explain the wait. The problem is this isn’t just a busy-day thing. Even when there’s barely anyone there, you’re still waiting forever. That tells me it’s either understaffing, bad management, or employees standing around talking instead of working. The last several times I’ve been here, my order has been wrong. Almost every time. Paying close to $20 for a four-piece chicken combo just to get unseasoned fries or messed-up food is ridiculous. What really pushed it over the edge was the visit before this one. I gave them another chance, and the chicken was undercooked. The outside was fried, but the inside was still wet with batter. That’s not just bad service, that’s unsafe

I have ordered several times with a big order and have to wait so I started calling my order in to help with the wait time, I order the 20 piece dinner all dark meat. I get there to pick it up and am waiting for the chicken to finish cooking when it was done they took some of the dark meat I had ordered and filled a drive through order with me waiting now 20 minutes after I had called so then they did not have enough to fill my order. The woman got hateful when I said my order should have been filled first since I had called in ahead of time

Please refill the 2 hand sanitizers in the lobby,they’ve been empty for 6 months,ppl like to have clean hands even after COVID- the paper towels are empty in men’s restroom - I wanted a deluxe sandwich and was told the truck hasn’t been bringing lettuce so I guess there’s no other way to obtain lettuce McDonald’s across the street is cleaner and faster Food took forever but was pretty good

Got a ham egg and cheese biscuit combo today and it was so hard, ham was cold, bo rounds ended up on ground because they were cold. I called and spoke with manager she wanted to remake the food for me. I told her no because I didn't want food poisoning. I refuse to go back.

First of all I love Bojangles the food is generally delicious but I have to say they have a problem getting bone in chicken ready on time I shop at all the Bojangles in the area and this location is the only one that has this problem they should have chicken buy 11 am no matter how busy it is thank you.
