Bojangles

I had to stop in for the bojangler , and of course , you can't leave without either some cinnamon twist or a boberry, biscuit

I am not the type to complain but this place is ridiculous. I ordered in drive through had to wait a while then after that I get partial food and was told to pull up. After waiting for about 15 min for the rest of my food I went in and asked how much longer do i have to wait and they had the rest of my food on the side table. And I had to go back in to get the rest because I was still missing food. It was cold

This is the WORST bojangles I have EVER had to pickup food to deliver from or try to order from. The staff up front is never the same but the work ethic is. 10-15 people at an average trying to get their food they ordered 30 minutes ago. They take at a minimum of 25 minutes to get an order out upfront or doordash delivery. Do not reccomend.

Went to Bojangles tonight and was told at speaker there is a 5 minute wait on supremes. Sure we can wait 5 minutes we’ll 40 minutes go by no food. We go inside to ask for a refund and the lady walks away and talks to someone about our order at this point I don’t care about the order I just want my money back. Some guy brings me cash with no words just tries to hand it to me. Then walks away when I asked what that is. I then asked the lady if she could just put it back on my card. She then takes my card and says nothing and comes back to say it will be put back onto your card in 3-5 days. They never told me it would take 3-5 days or I would have just taken the money. This is the second time I have been to Bojangles and it has taken 40 minutes to get food.

Went to Bojangles today on my lunch break, but it was around about 730 tonight and pacifically asked for 2 thighs in my two-piece dinner. The young man that was at the back window, repeated my order and did it correctly. I get to the front window to get my food. I leave get back to work in just to see that I didn’t get what I asked for. I got a breast in a leg and I got a two-piece dark so I called for 20 minutes straight. I call for 20 minutes straight. No one answers the phone is very ridiculous. No, it wasn’t very busy. They didn’t even have nothing but one car in the drive-through when I ordered it so it’s no way that my order should’ve got messed up and there’s no way possible that no one is answering the phone. I will be returning tomorrow with my receipt to get my correct order.
