Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen - Gainesville (UF)

I like bolay they have lots of healthy options and they give you a good amount of food. This location was very clean and the staff was very helpful and accommodating they allowed me to get multiple sauces. I really like the sweet potato noodles, balsamic mushrooms, and the teriyaki chicken. They also gave out free food for their opening which is really nice

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I have to stay the food was amazing!!! The atmosphere was chill, reminiscent of beach life and the staff was accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend this spot!! Do yourself a favor and check it out for yourself and leave your own review.

Need more locations in Gainesville and Bolay Gift Cards should be sold at third-party stores too. Also locations should be built in other cities in Alachua County too. This Bolay on 13th street doesn't take cash. This is very unfair to unbanked individuals and elderly people. Imagine getting arrested for theft of something you already paid for by leaving cash on the counter. Find a way to make it more inclusive like ready Station or partnering with cash-friendly businesses at least

Staff was super nice! She was patient and explained the options as it was my first time there. Food was seasoned well, good portioned for price, and fair variety. It was pretty empty when I got there, but that doesn't bother me.

The food was fresh and yummy! The guy who made my bowl was helpful and very polite.
