Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen - South Boca

Tried this Bolay for the first time last week for a quick lunch and I now refuse to eat at any other Bolay location. We previously frequented the University/Wiles and 441/Glades locations, and will now only be visiting the Powerline/Palmetto location. Not only is it so nicely set up inside, but the staff are super friendly. The major things that draws us to this location is the generous portions, the freshness of the food, and the fact that all their proteins are well cooked and crispy - you can see the grill and roast marks on them! Their terriyaki chicken and rotisserie chicken are both amazing for this reason - so crispy and still retain their flavor. The side vegetables are also well seasoned. This was my first time eating here And I have to tell you, I was totally blown away! It was quite delicious and much better than some of the other bowl places i've been to.I highly recommend it.The food was super fresh and really delicious!

I had a simple veggie bowl. The pick up was seamless and the order was ready on time. Pleasant staff at this location and it was spotless inside. I’d definitely order from here again.

I got a large bowl with the pesto noddles and white jasmine rice with the chicken thigh. The food was very nice in flavor and nicely prepared. I was expecting more food for the large bowl but overall experience a ten. Will be buying more in the future.
