Bollo's Cafe & Bakery

This place is a simply a BB institution. Great coffee, great baked goods and a unique college-town-vibe. It’s worth mentioning that in contrast to other ‘bakeries’ in the neighborhood, Bollo’s is an actual bakery. I particularly love their scones, croissants and their oat-fudge bars.

I recommend Bollo's for coffee and treats. Renae and her staff are friendly and make delicious coffee and baked goods. The environment is decorated cute and welcoming as well.

I love the quaint charm of Bollo’s. It’s a small space, so just keep that in mind if you come during prime times. I appreciate that they have gluten and vegan pastry options. I enjoy their drip coffee and latte.

Bollos is a great atmosphere to have coffee with a friend and it's decently priced. The pastries aren't bad, it's great that they have gluten free and vegan options. What I DON'T like is the one barista worker with the brown curly hair and glasses. I believe his name was Trenton. He was rude when taking my order and treated the next person in line the same way. He was only personable to his friend that came in and distracted him from taking orders. This bias is unacceptable and unprofessional and in my option, brought the whole vibe of this place down several notches. I'll try to not come in while he's working for now on.

Cozy low-key atmosphere with a nice selection of baked goods! The chocolate chip rosemary scone I got was a little bland, and the espresso in my americano was very dark and not flavorful. (I am picky about espresso and like brighter notes, admittedly.) Pricing on the baked goods and coffee drinks were a good value, though.
