Absolute horrible customer service. I ordered chicken strips and what I got was cut chicken breast with no crust on it. When I came back into the store, I was told that that’s how they serve their chicken strips. I explained to them that the picture on the website is nothing like what I received. She said there’s nothing they can do. I asked if I can order something else or get a refund and she said I cannot do either. I tried to explain to her what I received is not what’s on the website. She kept repeating herself. I told her what I received was thinly sliced chicken breast. She said they do not serve chicken breast. I told her that’s exactly what I received. Even the rest of the food I received was subpar compared to other restaurants in the chai When I asked to speak to the manager,

Food was very good and fresh. It can be confusing getting inside the complex, but the restaurant itself is very clean. Ordering was easy and quick (kiosk), and the worker at the front was kind to offer assistance. Came for $1 wing day (limit is 15 but I can’t eat that many).

The girl at the counter was super rude. She wasn't even talking clearly. When we ordered another plate of wings, she just brought it over and plopped it down on the table without even asking if we could move the other plates to make room for it, which was really disrespectful. I don't know if she was having a bad day but that's not how it should be

It's okay food at best at a relatively high price. We tried the boneless chicken, chicken katsu, and a MoPo corndog. The MoPo corn dog was the best part, no complaints there. But the chicken katsu was extremely dry and flavorless, and I've had better katsu at food courts for half the price. The boneless chicken was also sort of dry (although there was a lot more flavor compared to the katsu), but the chicken pieces were tiny, the size of a tator tot each. Any of the other fried chicken spots around has 3x the amount, higher quality, and similar prices.

We typically go to the fancier location in Allston, which has table service and alcohol. This location is much more like a fast food place, but the food is the same. Minimalist and windowless atmosphere in the basement of the Galeria building on JFK, one beleaguered cashier doing absolutely everything on his own from taking orders, refilling sauce containers, orchestrating delivery pickups, and cleaning. Even so, he managed to be friendly, humorous, and patient. We go for the Korean Fried Chicken which is excellent, but every other dish we have tried has also been really good.
