Bonchon Smyrna - East West Connector

Honestly, I was a bit worried about visiting this place because of the mixed reviews that I read. However, I decided to give it a try and visited this place today (on a Friday). I don’t know if the chefs are different on the days for having mixed reviews. What I can say based on my experience, the food was actually well cooked and was very delicious. The staff were very nice. The decor was pretty cool and gives that Korean food street vibes. They music with kpop videos were a plus. I recommend people to give this place another try. I really like Korean food and was excited to learn that Smyrna had a place like this.

I thought the service and atmosphere was very good. The woman who took my order thoroughly explained when I asked questions pertaining to the menu. I ordered the sampler and it was alright. The chicken was nice and crunchy and I went with the soy garlic sauce since I had it before at the Fayetteville location. I don't love the menu options which may be an issue with the chain rather than this specific store. I wanted to switch the street corn and coleslaw out with something like rice and kimchi but was told I couldn't. The coleslaw didn't taste good as it reminded me of tangy mayo on top of lettuce. The bulgogi fries were pretty good. I also ordered bibimbap and I think if they did a runny egg on top of the bibimbap it would've tasted better and more authentic. Because of the food, althoug

Absolutely the best chicken in this part of town! We love coming here. Service is always friendly, and the chicken is so fresh. You can hear yourself crunch over and over again. My favorite is the soy garlic sauce, and the husband enjoys the yang-neom sauce chicken with a side of pickled radishes and crunchy french fries!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a good crowd for Friday night which was nice to see, especially since they have just been open a week. The chicken was nice and crispy and moist. Tried the original, soy garlic and yangnyeom chicken and tteobokki. I liked wth yangnyeom the best. The tteobokki had a good spice to it. And so happy about the pickled radish! Yum! Can’t wait to try some more dishes.

We came here for take out , our cashier was friendly but the surrounding staff , not to much. They have amazing food but very over price for the food you get. We ordered the sampler $33, 5 strips didn’t come with a side 9$ and a chicken sandwich $14 came with fries. The food was great but disappointed on the portions. The strips were like nuggets. The sampler was disappointing. I received 2 drum sticks 3 wings , potstickers and fries for 33$??? I won’t be back but again great tasting food.
