Bonchon Waterford Lakes

All I can say is The Chicken was amazing. We had the House fried rice as well and it was good but potstickers was cold.

The japchae was delicious. Not everyone can make the noodles properly and they were perfect. The GM was personally serving guests. She made recommendations and was friendly, but not overbearing. The restaurant is spacious and clean. I would definitely return. I saw the previous reviews, but it seems they are under new management. I was seated and served quickly.

I would have liked to eat at the restaurant but no one came out and said anything, so I placed a to go order. When someone did finally come out while I was ordering they just placed a to go order and the counter and walked away. Service is awful. I had the chicken katsu and wings. Chicken katsu had pretty good flavor but was dry unfortunately. The wings were good but expensive. I will not be coming back.

Ordered the Seoul sampler for me and my girlfriend and there was more than enough food for the both of us. Came with 4 wings and 2 drumsticks that were super crispy and amazing in the soy garlic, bulgogi fries which i 100% would recommend. Coleslaw that just blends well with anything we ate from the sampler, Korean street corn that did not disappoint and potstickers which just rounded out the wonderful tasting sampler. Service was quick. I swear i ordered and 10 minutes later food was at the table. Not very busy for a Saturday which was surprising given the area but it was a nice quiet dinner and they had tvs showing a couple of college games. Sit atvthe bar and eat and drink or at a table with friends. 3rd time I eat bonchon and it gets better every time!

I went on Tuesday with my husband and they have on Mondays and Tuesdays $1 a wing deal . 15 wings max per table . But the food was amazing, wings were crispy and tender and the soy garlic sauce was such a good sauce . Season fries were crispy and the food came out fast as well and placed looked very nice and it's cold outside right now but the place was just right with the temperature inside. And the lady that served us was nice and attentive. Definitely recommend and we will be coming back again . Thank you 😊
